Services will be provided in good faith, and a helpful attitude will be appreciated.

  You will receive an email invoice for whatever time frame we agree on.

  Remote access into your system is controlled by you at all times.

  You will be fully supported and provided with continued guidance as necessary.

  Onsite visits have a 1-hour minimum; travel time outside city limits may be added.
